It is a legal requirement that all mines within Queensland have a Progressive Rehabilitation and Closure Plan (PRCP). It is essential to have this underway, if not already submitted, and that your proposed Post Mining Land Use (PMLU) areas as part of your PRCP are fully evaluated. Once the PRCP schedule is submitted and approved it becomes legislated.
