Cameron has a broad range of experience spanning 25 years in roles including; surveying, engineering, mine planning, supervision and management. These roles have been across a variety of projects that have included mine start-up, earthworks, roadworks, infrastructure and significant multi-billion dollar mining projects, both within Australia and in the Pacific Rim.

Having progressed from field based operations through to senior management roles, Cameron has a solid understanding of all facets of works and can relate well to all levels of personnel across culturally diverse organisations.

With excellent problem solving skills as well as the ability to mentor and promote a safe working environment, Cameron's focus is on getting the best from a team through teamwork and the analysis, implementation and improvement of systems and processes.
