Stephen has 15 years’ experience in capital project and portfolio optimisation. He has worked across many industries, including: energy transition, government, mining, MEGA projects (civil/ structural/rail), construction, rail and port infrastructure. Stephen has delivered complex multi-disciplinary
infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.

 

Stephen provides expertise in capital effectiveness, capital project optimisation, CAPEX/OPEX and critical path reduction, asset selection, strategy and due diligence. He delivers impact for his clients by co-creating and implementing practical strategies to business challenges.
